Papillon – includes VeeV Açai liquer, Grand Marnier cognac, agave nectar, ginger and freshly-squeezed lime juice.
Mariposa – with No 3 London dry gin, Martini Rosso authentic botanical-infused sweet vermouth, strawberry puree, passion-fruit juice and fresh muddled basil leaves.
Parnassius Apollo – Godiva chocolate liquer, Frangelico hazelnut spirits, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlúa and honey.
An extensive menu of beer, scotch and bourbon, plus a selection of award-winning wines and champagnes—available by the glass or bottle—in addition to a robust assortment of after-dinner liqueurs, dessert wines—and special requests will gladly be accomodated.
